Since I have been hibernating at home all week, trying to fight off whatever it is that is plaguing me, I have turned to baking to end my boredom
and satisfy my unsatisfiable sweet tooth. My mother has the best white chocolate and raspberry muffin recipe, they are so delicious,
especially if eaten listening to lisa mitchell when its raining outside.
